Once a repair service has been completed successfully, payments made for the service are generally non-refundable. However, if the issue is not resolved due to a technical problem from our side, our team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

2. Revisit / Service Guarantee

If the same issue occurs within 7 days of the repair service, you can contact us for a free inspection or revisit. Our technician will check the appliance and fix the problem if it is related to the previous repair.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel a booked service before the technician is dispatched without any charges. If the technician has already reached the location, a visiting charge may apply.

4. Spare Parts Policy

If spare parts are replaced during the repair, the warranty of the spare part will depend on the manufacturer or supplier. AK Appliance Repair Service will assist customers in case of any warranty-related issue.
